This role reports to the Senior Portfolio Delivery Lead.

This Business Analyst role requires domain knowledge, senior technical BA skills and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will cut across transactional booking engine and the non-transactional digital Adobe stack. This role is a critical link between the requirements and the impacted systems streams involving significant coordination among impacted systems and management & delivery of testing including; unit-testing, brush-testing and UAT, there is major coordination required among impacted areas to ensure end to end outcomes are achieved.

This role will manage the development, integration and testing of impacted systems that are part of Passenger Service System (PSS) project, and to help establish the business value for their development and implementation. The role requires working with multiple stakeholders across the digital sphere of the organisation, align with business requirements and help build to specification through effective prioritisation management. The role also requires coordinating with core PSS delivery and managing release drops and e2e testing.

This role will serve as liaison between Digital Touchpoints Teams and the PSS migration initiative for requirements while managing the multiple integration aspects. The role also includes significant vendor collaboration that make up our IT landscape both platform and service providers.

This role will collaborate with project team/s and act as the interface between the business and the project to ensure the business objectives are met. The Business analyst will be key in understanding the complex initiatives and impacts to digital systems. They will provide advice and guidance on impacts and prioritisation factors.



  • Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, develop business requirements and scope, systems change proposals and statements
  • Prepare thorough analysis and documentation of business processes, workflow and requirements for impacted systems
  • Contribute technical and thought leadership to assist other teams to document business requirements; participate in cross-team business requirement gathering
  • Contribute to planning (PI) to ensure timeframes for development, implementation and support take account of user needs and technology constraints
  • Managing the product backlog
  • Overseeing development stages, integration and testing
  • Evaluating product progress at each iteration
  • Primary liaison between the organization and clients.
  • Maximising value delivery
  • Experienced in reporting progress via information radiators
  • Facilitate collaborative activities and team meetings, e.g., Discovery workshops, estimations, feature elaboration, release and iteration planning, daily stand-ups, Scrum-of-Scrums, retrospectives and showcases.
  • Own the stakeholder management plan and deliver effective communication (written and verbal) of requirements at various organisational levels including executive level ensuring regular progress updates are provided

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Testing working in complex, multi-layered environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Hands on experience defining business and non-functional requirements for technology projects
  • Airline domain system knowledge
  • Enterprise level system implementation and integration experience
  • Experience in managing work load with multiple streams
  • Agile knowledge, experience in Agile software development teams, participating in and contributing to agile ceremonies
  • Formal BA qualification such as IIBA CCA, CBAP or AAC is preferred
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft suite,  SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc
