Job Title:   GSE Quality Inspector 

 

Job Purpose:

Ensure maintenance and repair activities performed on Ground Support Equipment meet required quality standards, manufacturer specifications and operational safety requirements before equipment is released back into service.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

• Inspect completed GSE maintenance and repair work to verify compliance with technical standards.

• Conduct functional testing of equipment after maintenance activities.

• Verify repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.

• Identify defects, non‑conformities or incomplete repairs and recommend corrective actions.

• Review job cards, maintenance documentation and inspection reports for accuracy.

• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

• Support investigations related to equipment failures or maintenance quality issues.

• Promote adherence to quality control procedures and safety standards.

• Provide feedback to maintenance teams to improve repair quality and reliability.

 

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years experience in GSE maintenance, heavy equipment maintenance or technical inspection.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. # LI-DNI
