Synopsis

Perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for special accounts, to reach sales targets goals to contribute in Etihad’s revenue objectives achievement

Accountabilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with assigned current customers and prospective customers segment to generate revenues for the organization
  • Overview, manage and liaise with own client portfolio to ensure sales targets achievement
  • Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales target
  • Identify and implement fidelity techniques to ensure a long-lasting fruitful business relationship with major accounts
  • Identify and collect customers' needs to create the best offer for the client to ensure the positive sales conclusion
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts of trade and corporate segment to ensure sales can be closed, respecting corporate guidelines and indications
  • Coordinate and monitor products and services sales on the single client to identify eventual risks for target achievements and implement corrective actions
  • Scan the market and analyze possible clients characteristics to identify their revenue potential for Etihad
  • Education & Experience

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE



  • Minimum High School certification or anything above (i.e. vocational certificate / Bachelor Degree / Master degree)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field (Sales Area)
