Synopsis

The Production Support Planner reports to the Lead Production Planning Engineer for the daily operational/cabin defect responsibilities, ensuring that all functions and requirements are fulfilled and coordinated in accordance with Etihad Airways and Aviation Authorities requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Assists the Lead Production Planning Engineer with:
    • Maintaining oversight and proactively assisting departmental functions to ensure a smooth workflow
    • Monitoring and assessing Etihad's aircraft maintenance operation to ensure levels of serviceability and TDR are maximized.
    • Liaise with CAMO to evaluate the requirements on all Technical Documents (EO/EWIs, etc)
    • Reviewing and buying off all maintenance requests to ensure the tasks to be performed are within the scope and capability of the organisation as defined in the MOE.
    • Coordinating with Resource Planning to ensure availability of manpower per input with the appropriate authorisations
    • Reviewing the tooling / GSE and infrastructural requirements for maintenance inputs
  • Liaise with / Coordinate with all sub-contracted maintenance organisations and documentations.
  • Liaise with Third-Party maintenance organisations
  • Prepare all necessary reports to facilitate efficient Production Planning.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to meet with all Production demands.
