Synopsis

  • The Storeman/Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and ensures compliance to regulatory and company requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Accepts stock and issues materials, components, tooling and other products and update of the respective parts inventory systems as per the respective processes defined in the TPM.
  • Re-orders, performs physical inspection and completeness of documentation of delivered parts and materials required for the day-to-day tasks in the Tech Ops environment.
  • Checks for damages, shortages and incorrect supplied materials and reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
  • Receives acceptable materials/returns back into stock under consideration of the applicable related receiving goods procedures and stores them in correct bin locations.
  • Ensures that all material / tooling issued from store and accepted into the store is correctly labelled.
  • Regularly checks/updates on shelf life of materials and calibration of tools with the related disposition if time expired.
  • Ensures that the shift handover log is completed at the end of each shift duty.
  • Inspect parts/material for documents conforming in accordance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
  • Handle DGR and ESD parts/material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Arranging FSK as per company requirements and monitoring for part replenishment.
  • Arranging PFSC as per company requirements including outstation.
