The Tourism Partnerships Support Officer will assist the Tourism Partnership Manager in managing and executing global tourism and destination marketing partnerships. This role is instrumental in coordinating partnership activities, ensuring timely delivery of joint marketing initiatives, and supporting the development of proposals and reporting for key tourism and airport partners worldwide.

 

 

Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of tourism board and airport partner marketing campaigns across global markets. 
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, media, analytics, and regional offices) to ensure smooth delivery of partnership activities. 
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables for partner-funded initiatives. 
  • Maintain up-to-date records of ongoing and completed partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing funding proposals, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports.
  • Track and consolidate partner contributions (financial and in-kind) for global campaigns. Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data and KPIs. Manage partnership documentation, contracts, and invoicing processes. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items for follow-ups. 
  • Maintain the global partnerships database and ensure accurate documentation of all communications.
  • Act as a support contact for partner queries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication. Coordinate internal and external stakeholder alignment calls. Support partner events, trade activations, and campaign launches when required.

 

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing partnerships, destination marketing, or tourism industry roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Experience in airline, tourism board, or travel marketing partnerships preferred.
