Minimum Requirements

To join our cabin crew team, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years old
Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

The Role

You are authorised to conduct training duties in line with the GCAA CAR-FCL and CAR-AIR OPS regulations, as well as the policies and procedures prescribed in the Etihad Airways Operations Manual Part A and D.

What you'll bring

To be considered for the role of Captain A320, you must meet the criteria below:

- Flown A320 family within the last 12 months
- Type rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining

- Current TRE/TRI is an advantage
- English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher

Additionally, you will have the following Instructor experience:

- 3 years as an A320 Instructor and/or Examiner (TRI/TRE)
- 1000 hours of FSTD training
- 1000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience
- Good technical knowledge (expertise)

The Role

Synopsis

The Airworthiness Officer (AWO) is responsible to the respective Quality Assurance Manager for monitoring and processing all the airworthiness related functions within the Etihad Quality department. AWO will be responsible for producing reports at a period defined by the respective QA managers to define the status of the engineers, line station approvals, etc. within the Quality Assurance Department.

Responsibilties:

Accepts, reviews and processes all Etihad company authorisations ensuring that all applications are correctly and completely filled in, this includes scheduling of monthly QA Board. Preparing all Etihad authorisations for final review and signature by the relevant QA manager.
Manages the authorisations database to ensure that all data is current and accurate. Ensures that Etihad authorisation holders are notified of any aspect of their license that will cause it to be invalidated in sufficient time to allow for it to be renewed prior to the expiry date.
Ensures that any manual/document request has undergone the correct approval process prior to its publication and that quality control has been conducted on the document’s layout, format and contents to conform with Safety & Quality Management System requirements and in compliance with regulatory authorities and Etihad quality standards.
Prepares statistics for Safety Review Board, Post Holder Meetings, Safety Action Groups, Monthly Safety Statistics
Prepares reports at a period defined by HQA-T/relevant QA manager within the Quality Assurance Department. Reports include but not limited to the following: MEL Extensions, One-Off approvals, Certifying Staff authorisation status. Notifications are then sent to the GCAA and concerned departments.

Accountabilities

Manages applications for issue and renewal of GCAA and other regulatory authority AMO approvals. This includes coordination with third parties including EY Eng and Finance to ensure that all required and financial requirements are compiled accurately and on time. The AWO must understand the technical requirements necessary for the application to ensure accuracy.
Management of 3rd party operator approvals and respective NAA applications and extension and managing the line station technical handling maintenance organisation list and NAA/customer’s requirements.
Manages and controls the Quality Management database (including AMOS and INTELEX) to ensure that all airworthiness related data is current, and accurate. Monitor the database to produce forecasts of all airworthiness due dates.
Manages Engineers licenses and QA company authorisations which includes management of qualifications and training database (AMOS) for all engineers in AUH and Etihad manned line stations. This includes but not limited to acceptance process, and review of all GCAA license requirements, liaison with the applicant to ensure all applications are accurate and completely compiled, as well as communicating any examination dates or application rejections the applicant and follow up with GCAA and candidates. As required, processes the requisition of any associated funds for the license applications to the GCAA.

Minimum Requirements

To join our cabin crew team, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years old
Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
High standard of personal grooming (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females)
Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements
Ability to swim with a flotation device

Synopsis

The Business Solutions Manager plays a critical role within the Solutions & Innovation function, supporting the development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Revenue Management (RM) systems.

This position focuses on the foundation of RM decision-making – including forecasting, optimization, and system configuration; ensuring that pricing and inventory decisions are driven by robust, scalable, and high-performing models.

The role combines system ownership, advanced analytics, and innovation, with responsibility for improving forecast accuracy, enhancing optimization logic, and enabling more effective O&D control across the network. In addition, the role will contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new methodologies, tools, and technologies within the airline RM domain.

Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the successful candidate will balance longer-term system and innovation projects with day-to-day operational support, ensuring RM systems remain accurate, reliable, and aligned to business priorities.

Accountabilities

Drive innovation in Pricing & RM systems by researching and applying Operations Research methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in collaboration with solution providers (e.g. PROS, Sabre, Infare)
Develop strong commercial knowledge and liaise with internal and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend best practices where needed
Manage and maintain calibration of forecasting and optimization models within RM systems to improve forecast accuracy and revenue performance
Design and enhance system processes, practices, and controls to ensure effective usage of RM systems across the business
Support RM stakeholders with system-related queries, troubleshooting, and operational requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day activities
Develop and implement KPI frameworks to monitor system performance, usage, and effectiveness, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases, ensuring delivery meets business requirements and quality standards
Prioritize and coordinate delivery of system enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality in line with business needs and with system vendors
Drive automation within RM systems through development of models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to enable more efficient and scalable decision-making
Manage data quality assurance of inputs and outputs of Pricing & RM systems interacting closely with RM and IT

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years experience in airline Revenue Management, with a strong focus on RM systems, optimization, or forecasting models
Proven hands-on experience working with RM systems (e.g. PROS, Sabre RM or equivalent), including configuration, calibration, or system optimization
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into system or model improvements
Experience using statistical or programming tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments that require balancing structured project delivery with ad hoc operational demands
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical outputs into business-relevant insights

Synopsis

Accountabilities

Synopsis:

Overseeing the Chief’s office requires a high degree of autonomy and organizational skill. This role demands the ability to seamlessly coordinate and prioritize both daily and longer-term activities, exercising sound judgment to filter and direct communications based on urgency and importance. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Office Manager welcomes visitors and manages high-level correspondence with authorities and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism at every interaction.

Accountabilities;

Maintaining the Chief’s diary. This involves optimizing their schedule, adapting to changes, and ensuring prompt responses to all matters brought to the office. Efficient time management is crucial, as is the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts.
The Office Manager is accountable for organizing internal and external meetings. This includes confirming attendee participation, setting agendas, arranging necessary resources such as meeting rooms, handouts, press materials, catering, and equipment, and coordinating travel when required. Preparation and follow-up for departmental meetings are essential, including accurately taking and distributing meeting minutes to attendees soon after the meeting concludes.
Managing the flow of information is another critical aspect of the role. The Office Manager processes all incoming and outgoing data - whether confidential or routine by screening and sorting emails, mail, and other documents. They ensure timely acknowledgments and responses, and carefully review documents, requesting supporting data if needed before forwarding for approval and signature.
Preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations is handled with meticulous attention to detail. The Office Manager ensures information is accurate and collected on time, integrates relevant data as necessary, uses appropriate business language, and submits documentation within required deadlines. They also ensure reports are ready as needed for departmental or executive review.
On the administrative side, the Office Manager manages the department’s petty cash and stationery supplies. This includes maintaining records for expense claims, invoices, and other financial documentation, as well as keeping track of office supply stock and ordering replenishments as needed.

Education & Experience:

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
Those with diploma-level education and additional certifications in office management, secretarial work, or computer courses are also considered.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in secretarial or administrative roles is required, with at least 1 to 2 years of direct exposure to the relevant department preferred.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally within an airline office, is highly valued.
